My very first video!

A very brief summary of a few common issues parents experience in the first three months:

1. Catnapping
2. Day and night confusion
3. Requiring a lot of intervention from mum/dad to get to sleep and/or stay asleep

And a few things we can do to:

1. Keep to an appropriate awake time for your baby’s age
2. Sleep your baby from 0-6 weeks in a light room for naps, dark room overnight. From 6 weeks onward, a dark room day and night
3. Replicate the womb environment; most importantly white noise, temperature, swaddling, and motion
